Rosenthal Wine merchants
Neil Rosenthal began as a one man show, importing wines with a sense of place and selling them out of a retail shop in New York in 1977, and then expanding to an importer that is now represented nationally. He came to wine with a purpose after leaving a successful corporate legal practice. He wanted to always work directly with the producers whose focus on terroir above all else was apparent in their wines. The often-limited availability of wines or daunting number of selections all with micro productions (a nightmare from a logistic and sales perspective) were never a hindrance for Neil and his dedicated team.
